One Acupuncture Treatment Drops Blood Pressure For Over a Month Without Medication







Emerging evidence from a research study shows acupuncture may be an effective treatment for hypertension. Acupuncture regulates blood pressure, blood flow and body temperature. Patients with hypertension treated with acupuncture experienced drops in their blood pressure that lasted up to a month and a half, researchers with the Susan Samueli Center for Integrative Medicine have found.

Vitamin D Reduces Asthma Intensity by Over 70 Percent





The effect of vitamin D is strongest among people with asthma and other lung diseases who are predisposed to respiratory infections. to recommend approval if more safety restrictions were added. Large Scale Study Shows Coffee Prevents Cancer







Coffee is known to have anti-cancer properties as researchers have found that coffee drinkers are typically 50% less likely to get specific cancers than nondrinkers. They're back! Farmer's Market Tomatoes

Yesterday I arrived at my local Tahoe City farmer's market just as it was closing.  I was delighted to see the first of the summer tomatoes were in.  They were small, but as it turned out later, tasty.  I grabbed a bagful and began planning dinner.
